Q: Can you cater for our office party?
A: Yes, absolutely, we provide a number of suitable menus, freshly
prepared to order, beautifully presented and if required, delivered to
your venue. We don't supply alcoholic drinks, but we can arrange hire of
plates, glassed and cutlery.
Q: Where do you source your ingredients?
A: We are very particular about the quality and provenance of our food.
We source as much as possible from reputable local sources, including a
local bakery and a local farm. We insist upon traceabilty of all our
food, and we will only use free range eggs.
Q: Have your premises been inspected by the
Environmental Health Department?
A: Yes. In January 2008 the Environmental Health Department carried out
a full inspection. We were awarded the highest level
for standards of
hygiene, food storage and food preparation – the highly coveted Gold
Award.
